Job Overview:
The Environmental Health and Safety Specialist will develop and implement safety programs and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
Responsibilities:
Safety Programs: Develop and implement safety programs and procedures.
Training: Conduct safety training sessions for staff.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
Inspections: Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
Incident Management: Investigate and report on safety incidents and accidents.
Sustainability Initiatives: Lead sustainability initiatives and promote eco-friendly practices.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in environmental health, safety, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years in environmental health and safety roles.
Skills: Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental standards, experience in implementing sustainable practices, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to conduct training sessions.
Other Requirements: Valid US driver’s license.
