Job Overview:
The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes, ensuring the well-being and efficiency of the workforce.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment: Manage recruitment and staffing processes.

Employee Relations: Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs.

Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and manage performance improvement plans.

Policy Development: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.

Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 5+ years in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.

  • Skills: HR management, knowledge of labor laws, strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and experience with HR software and systems.
